was just released on Feb 1st, 2020. She is the Founder and CEO of the Workplace Learning & Performance Group which last year celebrated 10 years in business.


Maureen holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and has worked extensively developing over 15,000 leaders in volunteer organizations and corporate clients around the world. Her clients include Boeing, Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, Sony Corp & Scripps Health.


She is passionate about helping organizations and leaders become more resilient by facilitating engaging conversations across multiple generations, cultures and personalities.

.Orit Ostrowiak is an award-winning trainer and coach. Originally from South Africa, Orit has lived in Europe and the United States too. She draws upon her extensive travel and solid academic background to help her clients communicate in a way that gets results for that particular environment.

As a former professor of World History at Mira Costa College, she knows about the impact that lack of awareness around: gender, culture and generation; plays in effective communication today.

She has trained thousands of professionals all over the world and has personally coached clients internationally for over two decades from: Australia, the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, The Netherlands, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, South Africa. Orit is currently researching and writing a book on Women and Leadership. She also works with young leaders and is determined to develop young talent to make the world better.

Laura Bucholtz is the Principal and Owner of PerfectlySalty, a boutique bespoke gifting company that provides one-of-a-kind, unique gifts for high-net worth individuals, corporate clients and luxury weddings. Laura oversees bespoke gift operations and processes, from concept to completion including branding or custom personalization, production, personal décor, and delivery for VIP clients.

Laura also provides consulting services for luxury brand entrepreneurs to help market their products to high-net worth clients, for both online and retail channels, most recently being awarded contracts with Surf and Sand Resort, Southcoast Winery, Rancho Bernardo Winery. Perfectly Salty has been recognized in top business and style publications, most recently San Diego Style wedding magazine and is known for its “ Seasoned with Love” moniker.

In 2019, Bucholtz started the Gifting Closet Project as a way to recognize the lessons she learned early in life from her mother; the principles reinforced by one of her favorite books, The Go Giver.

Prior to @PerfectlySalty , Bucholtz served as Owner-Account Executive for Documedia, a multi-discipline print project management company supporting private enterprise and non-profit organizations. Bucholtz also provided Business development consulting services to multiple brands helping them break into the niche Hospitality segment.

A Baltimore native residing in San Diego since 2010, Jamar obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from William Paterson University of New Jersey and has used his professional business management experience to build a strong network of contacts, mentors, and advisors.

Among the companies she has served are Pardee Homes, San Diego Gas & Electric, Wal-Mart, San Diego Airport, John Lang Homes and San Diego Beach Improvement Group. She has also closely consulted with attorneys, doctors, engineers and other experts and consultants.

A graduate of Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo, Hendrickson is a part of her alumni group here in San Diego.

As a community leader, Laura founded a nonprofit called San Diego Beach Improvement Group that focuses on maintaining sports equipment and enhancements to our beach amenities, beautification projects and landscaping. She produces events and been a community servant for over 17 years.

Charlene Shirk is the CEO of C. Shirk Productions. Charlene believes the strength in communicating a client’s story is by staying true to the core values of the organization.

Charlene is a constant in the Jacksonville, Florida media market. She currently co-hosts Real Country Mornings with Gary and Charlene on 94.1, JAX Country Radio, part of the Jacksonville.Radio group. JAX Country is a country radio station serving Jacksonville, Clay County and St. Johns County, airing country hits from the 80’s, 90’s and today.

Charlene also serves as a Moderator on The Chat, a ladies current events talk show on NBC, a stand-in host in on First Coast Living, a lifestyle magazine on WTLV and frequent fill in on First Coast Connect, an hour-long call-in program on 89.9 that features local newsmakers, civic and community leaders, artists and people on the local NPR affiliate.

Before joining the PGA TOUR in 2007, Charlene was a full-time broadcast journalist. She anchored the weekend morning and evening newscasts on First Coast News, the NBC and ABC affiliate in Jacksonville.

During her 20 year broadcast career, Charlene was recognized several times over for her excellence in journalism. The accolades include the Gabrielle Award, sponsored by the Catholic Communicators in radio and television, the Sigma Delta Chi Award from the Society of Professional Journalists and a regional Emmy nomination from the National Academy of Television Arts.
