Founder & CEO
Crystal Sargent, founder and president of Invested Traveler, is a high performing executive with global expertise building brands and leading sales and corporate marketing teams and functions that enhance shareholder value through the intersection of brand, culture, strategy, engagement and technology. She has spent her career in top-level executive positions for commercial and private banks. Most recently, she was an integral member of a California commercial bank’s senior management team responsible for the development of a disciplined approach to the company’s corporate marketing and topline growth strategies while giving voice to the organization’s brand, and corporate positioning. During her tenure, the company grew from $200 million in assets to $2.1 billion within a ten year period.
Sargent launched Invested Traveler to help organizations address the critical issues surrounding workforce engagement to help them improve recruitment and retention of the highest performing talent to bolster performance. Invested Traveler is a division of Invested Advisors, Inc.
Sargent serves on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Police Foundation and the March of Dimes. She has been recognized for her contributions to the business and civic life of San Diego with Women Who Mean Business, Tribute to Women in Business and twice for Women Who Impact San Diego, most recently in 2017. The same year, she was guest lecturer at Roskilde University in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Sargent holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing Communications from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

President/CEO at Vic Salazar Communications
Vic Salazar has made a successful transition from Emmy-award winning journalist to successful business owner and entrepreneur. A familiar and trusted news anchor for more than 20 years in San Diego, California, Mr. Salazar now excels in providing communications counsel to a businesses in sector-specific industries. Under his leadership, Vic Salazar Communications has become the leading local PR firm for providing Community and Public Relations guidance for engineering firms and related capital projects in San Diego County as well as several non-profit organizations.
Mr. Salazar graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a B.A. in Communication Studies.
Kellie Sanders Gardner
Chief Executive Officer, Group Fox Inc.
Kellie Sanders Gardner has served as Chief Executive Officer of Group Fox since January 2011. Group Fox owns and manages over 4,000 apartments and 325,000 square feet of retail space in Chicago and Chicagoland suburban markets. Sanders Gardner oversees revenue management, sales and marketing, facilities and operational strategy. She has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has practiced for both privately owned and institutionally owned portfolios in seven states.
Prior to her role at Group Fox, Sanders Gardner served as Senior Vice President for Village Green Companies.
Ms. Sanders Gardner received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Rob Markoff, CPF
Owner, Artrageous Gallery Services
In 2016 Rob Markoff, CPF celebrated his 44th year in framing. With his wife Barbara they own Gallery Services and Artrageous! an art consultancy and framing business in San Diego, CA that focuses on the art, framing and installation needs for corporate clients. He is a contributor to Picture Framing Magazine. Rob has written for DECOR, Picture Framing Magazine and Profile Magazine. He teaches at framing events across the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and Russia.

Anne Sneed is the principal of Anne Sneed Architectural Interiors. The firm strives to create authentic, inspiring spaces within realistic real estate investment parameters. Driven by a group of good humored and vibrant talent, our Southern California studio harnesses the power of collaborative art and honest relationships to ensure our client’s vision is realized.
Their open work environment promotes the exchange of ideas, which inspires creative solutions. They are guided by a holistic approach to architecture, interior design, and landscape design so that their projects work effortlessly inside to out.
These successful designs are thoughtfully developed through broad planning concepts, harmonious finish selections and engaging details. Gracious, livable, light and open spaces are the hallmark elements of our design. Balancing creative integrity with wise financial decision making is integral to our design process.

Chief Executive Officer, So Cal
Tracey Cabral is the president of Certified Access Services, an industry-leading provider of CASp inspections which helps California businesses avoid and minimize costly ADA lawsuits. CASp professionals educate business owners real estate such as retail, commercial and industrial facilities about ADA compliance and further work with owners to create a preventative or corrective action plan which qualifies the business as a ‘qualified defendant’ and the all the legal protections that accompany the status. Certified Access Services provide building inspections for both pre and post construction real estate and helps owners avoid of improve some of the most frequently enforceable violations. Certified Access Direct is a division of So Cal Signs, Inc.

Director of Sales and Business Development
Gregory Parry brings Invested Traveler the benefit of his 20 years of proven business experience in advancing the success of business, arts and travel organizations. Parry offers strategic marketing and business planning, revenue generation and cross functional team leadership for a wide range of clients across the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Parry has a passion for experiential travel, outdoor adventure and the performing arts, which will serve him well in his new role as the Director of Sales and Business Development. Parry will be responsible for developing workforce engagement programs designed to increase productivity, employee retention and recognition through custom-curated travel experiences. He will also provide strategic event planning and logistical support to help organizations create deeper engagement with stakeholders as well as facilitate training programs.
Parry was born in Canada and attended the University of Alberta where he received a two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music and Commerce. He was also an Assistant Director at The Banff Center for the Arts, in Canada’s foremost arts training facility, located in Banff National Park. Before joining Invested Advisors, Parry was president of Parry Arts Consulting.
Director of Corporate Engagement
Andrea Lane joined Invested Advisors, Inc., as Director of Corporate Engagement for Invested Advisors and its Invested Traveler division. In her role, Lane helps position Invested Advisors as the go-to resource where businesses turn to in pursuit of business growth through programmatic and partnership solutions such as customized events, sponsorships and other business development endeavors that get business leaders in front of highly desirable prospects and convert them into revenue generating clients and referral sources.
Lane has been in the business media and publishing industry for over 20 years and has successfully cultivated relationships with top-level business influencers, executives and community influencers. She assisted clients and successfully increasing market share and revenue growth by creating marketing and branding programs, sponsorships, partnerships and creative programs through print and digital platforms.
Lane has been instrumental in elevating awareness with over 100 local organizations and annual events, including Chambers of Commerce, UCSD, CONNECT, SBA, Ernst & Young, The American Heart Association and the Athena-Pinnacle awards that acknowledge leading women in the STEM industry.
Director of Operations & Client Services
Briana Olsen has a broad business background and is skilled in various disciplines including operations, marketing, data management and account management. Olsen is also a talented graphic designer working in both print and digital mediums.
As Director of Operations and Client Services for Invested Advisors, Inc., Olsen will be responsible for developing processes and support systems that streamline workflows and ensure agility in meeting the needs of both clients and advisers. She will support the overarching strategies for the firms’ divisions by conducting research and developing appropriate action-plans. She will also conduct cost-benefit analysis for Invested Traveler clients and other clients requiring cost savings or programmatic implementation.
Olsen graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree with an Emphasis in Business and Design.
